Assistant Accounts Manager(m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual management report and financial statements
* Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accurate postings
* Review and process journal entries, accruals, and provisions
* Perform bank, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
* Manage and maintain the lease commitment schedule, lease agreements/renewals
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements
* Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation
* Handle bank queries and KYC matters
* Foreign exchange related transactions
What We’re Looking For:
* Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
* Professional accounting qualification or part qualified as AACA, CPA or equivalent is an advantage
* 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
* Experience with accounting software and MS Excel
* Ability to speak both English and Mandarin would be helpful
