As a Property Intelligence Officer within Corporate Estate and Development, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining our tenant data management and billing system, working under the guidance of the Senior Property Intelligence Officer. This role involves handling confidential tenant and financial data. You will ensure that invoices are processed accurately and distributed on time, provide data management support to colleagues and manage enquiries from tenants.
We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual experienced in data management. Experience in financial systems would be an advantage, although full training will be provided. Accuracy and attention to detail are the most important qualities needed in this post.
We are anticipating a major update to the tenant management database in the coming year; you will support this development.
Qualifications
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Good financial skills.
* Knowledge of the processes and procedures relating to data protection.
* Experience of recording, processing and manipulating data.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and plan and organise own work.
* Ability to explain data, systems and information to non-specialists.
* Attention to detail in cleansing and recording data.
* A proactive, solutions-focused individual who is keen to further develop their skills and can deliver results in a changing technical environment.
* Friendly, confident, well-presented and customer focused, with a professional telephone manner and an appreciation of need for confidentiality and discretion.
