About you
Are you a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with an audit or commercial background and a genuine interest in deals, strategy, and value creation? This is an exciting opportunity to step into Corporate Finance with a growing and highly entrepreneurial team based in Northampton.
About the Role
You’ll gain hands-on exposure to live transactions from day one, working across acquisitions, disposals, MBOs/MBIs, and fundraising. As part of a small, ambitious team, you’ll be involved in the full deal lifecycle — from initial pitch through to completion — with direct Partner-level mentorship throughout.
Responsibilities
* Preparing high-quality business plans, information memoranda, and financial forecasts
* Researching and approaching potential buyers and sellers
* Supporting valuations, exit planning, and fundraising assignments
* Assisting with and delivering financial due diligence
* Building and reviewing financial models and forecasts
* Managing client relationships and supporting deals from start to finish
Qualifications
* Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* Background in audit or commercial finance
Required Skills
* Strong interest in Corporate Finance, M&A, or Transaction Services
* Commercially focused with strong analytical and communication skills
* Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* UK driving licence required
Compensation package
* £55,000 base salary
