Job Description:
We're looking for a highly organized, innovative Scheduler to join our team. As the Scheduler, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing all incoming work orders, scheduling our talented technicians to ensure smooth, efficient job completion. In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting our technicians, making their days easier and keeping both our clients and team happy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and organize all incoming work requests, ensuring each job is scheduled efficiently and effectively.
* Proactively manage schedules and workflows, adjusting as needed to meet both client expectations and internal timelines.
* Drive additional revenue by up-selling services to current clients and exploring new opportunities on existing sites.
* Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their interactions.
* Support technicians on the road by ensuring they have well-planned, streamlined schedules, reducing stress and optimizing productivity.
* Collaborate closely with our team to hit weekly revenue KPIs, contributing to our overall business growth.

Salary:
* Starting Salary is £28,000 to be reviewed after 6 months probationary period.
