Sports Graduate – Teaching Assistant Role | Rochdale
Pay: £ – £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Location: Rochdale
Hours: Monday to Friday, term time only
Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
Contract: Ongoing with potential for long-term roles
The Role:
1. Supporting teachers with daily classroom activities
2. Working with small groups and providing 1:1 support
3. Assisting with PE lessons and encouraging student participation in sports
4. Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
5. Helping create an inclusive and energetic learning environment
Ideal Candidate:
6. Degree in Sports, Coaching, Physical Education, or a related field
7. Passion for working with young people
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills
9. Energetic, proactive, and reliable
10. Experience working with children (coaching, tutoring, mentoring, camps) is desirable
