Key Responsibilities
* Process supplier invoices and manage weekly payment runs.
* Reconcile supplier statements and manage petty cash.
* Maintain the purchase ledger, monitor outstanding POs, and manage GRNI.
* Organise and control staff travel expense forms.
* Log and distribute incoming mail.
* Set up new suppliers and WBS structures in SAP (for staff, trade shows, etc.).
* Release back charges and manage recurring journals.
* Support with month-end reconciliations and breakdowns.
