Responsibilities
* Provide a comprehensive, confidential and high‑quality administrative service to the Outreach team.
* Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks: booking, inquiries, and data entry in the electronic patient record system.
* Oversee procurement and distribution of consumables, including National Chlamydia Screening Programme supplies, condoms and HIV point‑of‑care test kits.
* Maintain accurate patient and electronic records in compliance with the Trust ‘Records Management Policy’.
* Communicate with the outreach and multi‑disciplinary teams, external partners (schools, police, social care, voluntary organisations) and the general public.
* Support Outreach sessions and events across Cambridgeshire, including evenings and weekends as required.
* Identify and refer young and/or vulnerable people to senior colleagues in accordance with Cambridgeshire Community Services safeguarding policies.
* Assist with stock control, ordering and budget monitoring of outreach and administrative supplies.
* Support audit and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate data entry, performance reporting and record keeping.
* Collaborate with clinical and non‑clinical teams to refine policies, procedures and patient pathways.
* Participate in training, audits, meetings and service innovation projects as required.
* Maintain compliance with Information Governance, Data Protection, infection control and risk management policies.
