Role and Responsibilities
* Recruit passionate new Care Assistants who share our values, such as kindness, loyalty and a passion for making a difference in people\'s lives.
* Provide care and support to service users, including some personal care needs and helping with meals.
* Support service users to take part in activities that promote health and wellbeing (e.g., gardening, shopping trips and social occasions).
* Adapt to a flexible shift pattern to support work/life balance.
