Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and dedicated P.E Teacher to join a vibrant Sutton-in-Ashfield secondary school. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to providing high quality education and fostering a love for P.E among students.
The Role:
Planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Developing and implementing schemes of work in line with the national curriculum
Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on student progress
Using innovative teaching methods to support and inspire students of all abilities
Maintaining high standards of classroom management
Participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and whole school training events
Supporting the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
You need:
QTS or equivalent
A degree in a relevant discipline (Physical Education)
Experience teaching PE at secondary level (KS3 and KS4)
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for physcial education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Commitment to continuous professional development
