Now looking for a new Senior Administrator to join, this is an appointment perfect for someone from a medium-large sized business perhaps that is familiar with following processes and procedures but has that drive and energy to want to succeed, develop and work somewhere you’re appreciated.
Remit will cover coordination, project support, operations and getting involved with director support and meetings too; a role to really put your own stamp on.
Perhaps you come from a Senior Administration/ Personal Assistant background, you’re used to reactive and proactive work whilst navigating relationships and deadlines.
A business that just “gets it”, directors have a family themselves, so they understand if you need to go and pick the children up or if you need to do a school drop off one day, all they ask in return is you work hard and join them on their journey as one.
