Job Overview
The Recruitment Advisor undertakes day‑to‑day administration of the recruitment process for non‑medical areas. Under the leadership of the Assistant Recruitment Managers and Team Coordinators, the advisor ensures that all stages of recruitment for appointments within allocated divisions are carried out to agreed standards and as set out in the All Wales Standard Operating Procedure.
Provides support to senior members of the Recruitment Team in establishing processes and systems within recruitment. Contributes to the All Wales national recruitment agenda as necessary.
Main Duties
We have an exciting opportunity within the NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, Employment Services department. We are a dynamic and diverse team committed to providing an excellent recruitment service to Health Boards and Trusts across Wales. We seek individuals eager to learn and deliver high performance and customer service. The role involves administrative recruitment support using electronic systems and providing advice and guidance where needed, requiring good computer, keyboard and communication skills.
Working may be partly home‑based; support and equipment will be provided. An internet/WiFi connection is essential. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, though Welsh and/or English speakers are welcome.
