About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and results-driven
Regional Sales Manager
to lead a dynamic, field-based sales team in London. In this role, you'll take ownership of a specific region, driving growth, building strong commercial relationships, and bringing exciting new dining experiences to customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed ambitious targets.
* Use data and local insights to create and deliver a strategic growth plan for the region.
* Identify, onboard, and grow partnerships with top restaurants, brands, and chains.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and order growth.
* Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the restaurant network.
* Play a pivotal role in shaping short-, medium-, and long-term growth strategies.
What You'll Bring
* Proven track record in managing and coaching field sales teams.
* Ability to use insights and analytics to build effective sales strategies.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Background in e-commerce, FMCG, or retail (preferred).
* Passion for food and the restaurant industry; field experience is a plus.
