Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Junior / Intermediate Contracts Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious electrical professional looking to develop their project management and commercial skills within a supportive and progressive environment.
The Role
Working closely with senior management, estimators, site supervisors, and project teams, you will assist in the successful delivery of electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in managing commercial, industrial and residential electrical projects ranging from £100,000 to £3 million.
* Coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors, and site activities.
* Monitor project programmes, budgets, and progress.
* Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
* Support procurement and material scheduling.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
* Support project handovers and completion documentation.
* Experience within the electrical contracting industry.
* Strong understanding of electrical installations and construction processes.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Full UK driving licence.
