SHEQ Manager\n\nLocation: Cardiff\nSector: Construction / Joinery / Fit Out Environment\nSalary: Circa £55,000 + Car Package\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nA strong opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic SHEQ Manager to join an established construction business in a predominantly office-based role. This position will suit someone who enjoys influencing safety culture, supporting operational teams and working closely with directors to continuously improve standards across the business.\n\nYou will split time between the office, weekly joinery workshop visits and weekly site visits, ensuring SHEQ compliance and supporting teams across both manufacturing and construction environments.\n\nRole Overview\n\nYou will be responsible for:\n\n * \n\n Providing SHEQ advice ahead of construction operations.\n\n * \n\n Supporting directors and operational teams on all SHEQ matters.\n\n * \n\n Managing and updating company H&S policies and procedures.\n\n * \n\n Maintaining training matrix and identifying training requirements.\n\n * \n\n Investigating accidents, incidents and near misses.\n\n * \n\n Reviewing RAMS and site documentation for compliance.\n\n * \n\n Carrying out office, site and workshop inspections.\n\n * \n\n Supporting Construction Phase Plans, O&M manuals and handover documentation.\n\n * \n\n Supporting ISO qua...
