Job Description
* Providing financial support and analysis for strategic decision making.
* Liaising with various departments to ensure financial objectives are met.
* Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management.
* Participating in financial planning and budgeting processes.
* Identifying financial risks and opportunities within the organisation.
* Assisting in the implementation of financial systems and processes.
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Partnering with business units to drive financial performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Planning & Business Partner should have:
* Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA, QBE may be considered.
* Proven experience in financial planning and business partnering.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Power BI experience is a plus.
* Strong systems experience, including creating customised reports within FPA reporting tools (oracle and Hyperion preferred).
* A thorough understanding of financial regulations and standards.
