Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver category solutions that generate growth for customers and the business through range, merchandising, promotional analysis, and point-of-purchase activation
* Own category relationships with key accounts including Spar, Bidfood, and Brakes, delivering long and short-term growth plans
* Lead the Out Of Home agenda, setting strategic priorities and creating industry-leading convenience guides
* Analyse and interpret complex data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights and commercial recommendations
* Support cross-functional projects and contribute to key commercial growth initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
We're seeking an experienced Category Manager with a strong background in the convenience and foodservice sectors. You'll have excellent analytical skills, be proficient with market data software, and possess the ability to influence both internally and externally. A strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a proactive approach is essential.
* Proven experience in Category Management or National Accounts
* Experience within Convenience and OOH will be beneficial
* Strong data interpretation and Excel skills
* Experience with Nielsen, Circana and Kantar data preferred
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
Location
West of London (3 days/week in the office or out with customers)
