As a team member, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming guests, serving up fresh doughnuts and drinks, and keeping the store looking great and running smoothly.
This role includes lone working, so you’ll need to feel confident handling the store independently. For that reason, all applicants must be 18 or over.

Responsibilities
* Run the show on shift front and centre with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point. Guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing. Hands‑on: working the till, serving hot & cold drinks, boxing treats, and keeping the cabinet presentable.
* Jump into behind‑the‑scenes tasks: stock checks, weekly wrap‑ups, team recruitment, ensuring everyone’s happy to be here. When the manager’s away, hold down the fort like a boss.

* Experience running the floor or ready to rise into the next step.
* Lead with heart, people‑first, customer‑obsessed, all about good vibes.
* Team player who takes ownership and makes things happen.
* Full availability and flexibility weekends, weekdays, entire schedule.
