Step into a consultancy where expertise meets impact.


As a Senior Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality projects, shaping strategic insights, and ensuring clients achieve meaningful outcomes in today’s rapidly evolving payer and HTA landscape.


Core Responsibilities


Project Delivery & Client Support

* Lead workstreams or smaller projects, ensuring deliverables are delivered on time, on budget, and to high standards.
* Contribute to the design, execution, and delivery of market access projects including HTA submissions, pricing strategies, payer engagement, and value communication.
* Translate client challenges into clear, evidence-based recommendations.
* Support client communications, building strong working relationships and trust.

Research & Strategic Analysis

* Conduct in-depth payer, policy, and market landscape analyses to inform access strategies.
* Develop core deliverables such as value dossiers, reimbursement submissions, policy briefs, and stakeholder engagement materials.
* Stay informed on UK and EU healthcare system developments, HTA processes, and market access trends.

Collaboration & Team Contribution

* Work closely with Engagement Managers and Principals to ensure smooth delivery and project success.
* Provide coaching and oversight to consultants and analysts, reviewing outputs and offering constructive feedback.
* Contribute to internal knowledge development, methodologies, and best practices.


Education & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health economics, pharmacy, public health, or related discipline.
* Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, PhD, MBA) desirable, particularly with a focus on health economics, market access, or healthcare policy.
* Proven professional experience in market access, pricing & reimbursement, or HEOR within consultancy, agency, or industry.
* Strong analytical and project management skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, able to deliver clear and impactful client-ready outputs.
* Solid understanding of UK (and ideally EU/global) payer systems and HTA requirements.
