With a strong client base and continued growth, we are looking to bring in an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to build and develop a successful desk. The Role This is a 360 recruitment role with the autonomy to run your desk and maximise your earnings. You will: * Proactively win new business and develop client relationships * Manage and expand existing accounts * Source, interview and place candidates across temp, perm and contract roles * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy to placement * Negotiate rates and terms to maximise revenue * Build a strong, consistent pipeline of candidates and opportunities This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your desk and directly influence your income.
