Job Description
A Head of HR to:
3. Lead the HR function
4. Manage the full employee life-cycle
5. Review the HR function and modernise it
6. Play a key role in significantly changing the HR function and embedding best practice across the organisation
7. Reviewing and update HR policies and processes,
8. Line manage one HR professional
9. Support with the implementation and roll out of a new HRIS and ATS, and aligning this to new processes
10. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
11. Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements
12. Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture
13. Support the organisation's leadership team during this interim period of change
14. Manage employee relations casework
15. Lead staff well-being initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of HR should have:
16. Previous line management experience
17. Previous experience in updating a HR function
18. Previous experience working in Education essential
