Ignite are delighted to be working with a fast growth D2C subscription brand. The business only launched in 2020 and already they’ve scaled to £25m revenue per year in only a few years. They’re now looking to move away from an agency-led growth marketing model and start moving things in-house, as a result they’re looking to hire a Head of Growth.
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
⭐️A minimum of 5 years D2C / Growth marketing experience, ideally for a D2C subscription brand.
⭐️Paid Social / Meta ads experience is critical.
⭐️Experience working for a £10m+ revenue brand is very important.
⭐️Experience managing paid media budgets of £200k+ per month is very important.
⭐️Extremely strong Growth, Performance Marketing and Media Buying experience.
⭐️Exceptional Meta/TikTok/YouTube advertising knowledge is critical.
⭐️An ability and willingness to be very hands on, whilst you will have some agency & freelance support – you won’t have any direct reports to begin with.
In return for everything you can bring, the business can offer you 🚀:
⭐️Competitive basic salary (£80k - £100k, dependent upon experience)
⭐️Hybrid working policy (3 days a week in the office)
⭐️Up to 10% Bonus
⭐️24 days holiday + bank hols (plus additional time off at Christmas)
