Senior Payroll Implementation Consultant

JGA Recruitment are supporting a global SaaS organization in their search for a Payroll Implementation Consultant.
As the Payroll Implementation Consultant you'll be responsible for requirement gathering, delivering training and client management across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of HR and payroll implementation projects from initiation to completion.
* Deliver engaging training sessions and create supporting learning content.
* Educate clients on best practices in HR and payroll processing.
* Respond promptly to client queries and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across project and business management systems.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Payroll, HR, Customer Success, Support, Sales, Product) to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
* Continuously review and improve delivery processes to enhance the client experience.
* Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to colleagues as needed.
Experience
* 3-5 years of client-facing training or implementation experience in HR or payroll.
* Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
* Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects concurrently.
Skills & Competencies
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong stakeholder management, both internal and external.
* Highly organised, dependable, and skilled at time management.
* Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
* Experience creating training materials and user documentation is highly desirable.
