We have an opportunity at our care home for a Receptionist. The purpose of this role is to provide day-to-day receptionist support to Visitors, Relatives, and Suppliers, and to deal with enquiries on the phone and face-to-face, along with administration support for management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet persons entering the home and direct them to the correct destination
* Deal with enquiries from residents, staff, or visitors via telephone, email, or face-to-face
* Show visitors around the facilities and direct them to appropriate rooms
* Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, record keeping, and taking minutes for meetings as required
* Input data into systems as requested
* Provide administrative support to the General Manager as and when required
All posts offered are subject to two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS or PVG disclosure.

We are looking for someone who is professional, caring, and enthusiastic. You will be well-organized, have strong IT skills, good attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a good telephone manner. The ideal person will have a flexible approach, with the ability to prioritize tasks, work as a team player, and work independently.
