About Our Nursery
Busy Bees Ayr is registered to welcome up to seventy-two children between two months and five years of age. The nursery is situated on the grounds of Ayr Hospital, just off the A77. It offers 5 bright playrooms, access to a secure garden, and woodland trails for outdoor learning. Free onsite parking is available.

What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner
* Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children’s growth and learning.
* Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children’s development across physical, emotional, intellectual, and social domains, aligned with the Curriculum for Excellence and Realising the Ambition.
* Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development and care needs, and build strong family connections.
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education
* Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
* Good communication, strong organisational skills, and ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities
