The Role

The Quality Assurance Co-Ordinator will play a key role in providing high-level administrative and clerical support across the Quality Assurance service. This includes managing Stage 1 complaints, coordinating training events, producing QA reports and ensuring that all activity supports the efficient and effective delivery of services. Working closely with Service Managers, Heads of Service and team leads, the postholder will help deliver the requirements of the Quality Assurance function and act as an essential link between teams.

A central part of the role involves tracking audits, supporting the development of processes, procedures and tools, and collating audit data to inform accurate reporting. The Co-Ordinator will maintain the document library to ensure a clear audit trail is available for all projects and will act as a key point of contact for communication across the service, including managing updates for the intranet site.

The successful candidate will contribute to the design and embedding of templates and processes, ensuring governance standards are upheld and that robust audit records are consistently maintained. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to support high-quality decision-making and continuous improvement within a busy and dynamic service.

About You

1. Experience and passion for identifying ways of continually improving service provision
2. Experience of participating in an Ofsted inspection and collating and presenting QA data
3. Able to communicate effectively at all levels
4. Able to present confidently to and respectively challenge professionals, managers and senior leaders
5. Able to think creatively about overcoming obstacles to achieving good outcomes for children
