We are seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join a well-established and highly respected law firm based in Belfast city centre. This is a great opportunity to become part of a busy accounts function supporting the smooth running of the firm’s financial operations.
The Role
Working within the Accounts Team, you will be responsible for:
* Checking and processing supplier invoices
* Organising and processing regular supplier payments
* Resolving invoice and payment queries via phone and email
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in computerised accounts or bookkeeping
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good organisational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
