Senior Analyst - Purchase to Pay Contract: 8 months FTC - Contract ending on 31st March 2026 Vyoma Gandhi - vyoma.gandhi@boots.com About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join our Enterprise Finance Services team (EFS) as a Senior Analyst. We're looking for an Analyst who's experienced with SAP/SAGE and SOX compliance and understands finance transactions, specifically 'Purchase to Pay'. Most importantly you will be experienced in stakeholder management with experience with service delivery and improvement You will form part of Enterprise Finance Services (EFS) who's role is to operationally manage our outsource strategic partner and will report to the Purchase to Pay Service Delivery Manager. You will be working in close partnership with our outsource partner, other EFS teams, finance teams and divisional management. Key responsibilities · Ensuring service performance and service levels are maintained and that any problems with the day-to-day delivery of services are minimized. · Oversees audits to ensure compliance with contracts, terms, and regulations and makes certain necessary steps are taken to resolve issues. · Supporting with compliance of accounting principles, Standard Operating Procedures and adherence with company policies. · Ensuring service performance and service levels are maintained and that any problems with the day-to-day delivery of services are minimized. · Working through others, quickly resolving requests, identifying the internal customers pain points. What you'll need to have Experience in PTP end to end process with accuracy. Knowledge of local ERP systems (SAP) experience. Experience supporting policies, procedures, and controls. General Skills to include, good communication, can do attitude, positive approach, and aptitude/driver to be the best.
