This role is ideal for qualified SEN/SEND teachers eager to provide 1:1 tutoring in a creative, flexible, and trauma-informed manner. Together, we can enhance engagement and significantly improve educational outcomes for our students.

Your Role as an SEN/SEND Tutor:
* Provide engaging tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other educational needs.
* Support students referred by local authorities and schools in their educational and social-emotional journeys.
* Deliver flexible and holistic tutoring that is trauma-informed and tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver each tutoring session to meet the unique needs of your students.
* Create holistic and engaging learning experiences that foster educational and social-emotional growth.
* Complete lesson reports and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
Requirements to Join Our Team:
* Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS/QTLS).
* A minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
* Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other educational needs.
* Knowledge of safeguarding processes.
* Enhanced DBS (we can assist with obtaining this at cost).
* Two professional references.
* Must be based in the UK with the right to work, even for remote assignments.
It is essential that you promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of children and young people while adhering to safeguarding policies at all times.
Employment Status:
* This position involves engaging with us as a Worker for short-term assignments.
* You will work under a contract for service and be paid via PAYE.
* No guaranteed work hours or expense coverage.
* Our insurance covers the work you do for us.
* This is not a self-employed tutoring position.
