An exciting position has become available within one of our clients for a full-time Sales Administrator/ Customer Service Adviser based in Oldbury. We are looking for a pro-active, reliable individual, who can remain calm under peaks of pressure, to join our busy team and growing company with the following attributes. Role Requirements: ? ? Experience in a busy, fast paced environment. ? ? Able to work confidently and calmly under pressure. ? ? Previous administration/ customer service experience ? ? A high level of oral and written communication skills. ? ? Excellent telephone manner ? ? Excellent attention to detail ? ? Good computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Role Responsibilities: ? ? Action inbound enquiries ? ? Make outbound calls to current and potential customers ? ? Ensure customer queries are responded to daily via phone or email ? ? Manage customer orders ? ? Raise invoices using Xero ? ? Always ensuring a proactive approach to meet customers expectations ? ? Ensure the best customer journey is offered with a professional attitude ? ? Maintain a good working relationship with all customers ? ? Dispatch of orders. ? ? Assist at trade exhibitions, conferences and courses to promote the companys products and services Company Our Client consist of a small team who get on well and are keen to create a positive working environment. The package offers, 28 days annual holiday including Bank Holidays, with a 2 week annual Christmas shutdown. Hours are 09.00 17.00 Monday to Friday.
