Operations Manager Location: Esher High Street Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience One day a week working from home This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join a successful Financial Planning firm, based out of their state-of-the-art office in Surrey.The business is looking for someone with previous management & operations experience to oversee the Adviser Support (Administration) function to:
Conduct strategic monitoring tasks
Assist with process development across the business
Provide training on industry regulatory changes
Keep staff up to date on compliance
You will be working with high-profile and high-net-worth clients, helping the business offer bespoke financial advice.

Experience working in Financial Planning in a management position
