We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in drylining and interior fit-out to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will manage the commercial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and valuations.
* Measure and value drylining works from drawings and on-site inspections.
* Identify, value, and agree variations and change orders.
* Monitor project costs and produce regular financial reports.
* Manage subcontractor accounts and ensure timely payments.
* Liaise with project managers, clients, and site teams to ensure smooth commercial operations.
* Assist in procurement of materials and subcontractors.
* Prepare and submit final accounts and project close-out documentation.
