Hands-on Accounts Assistant role in London’s luxury retail sector, working across invoices, reconciliations, and reporting.

Are you an Accounts Assistant or Finance Assistant looking to grow your career within a fast-paced luxury retail business?
This is a hands-on role within a collaborative finance team, supporting day-to-day operations across multiple retail locations and high-end product lines. You’ll gain exposure to end-to-end finance processes while seeing how numbers drive commercial decision-making in a premium brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently
2. Manage supplier statements and support payment runs
3. Assist with bank and balance sheet reconciliations
4. Support month-end close, including journals and accruals
5. Maintain accurate financial records and support audit preparation
6. Assist with expense processing and payroll administration
7. Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls
About You
8. 1-3 years’ experience in accounts or finance
9. Studying AAT, ACCA or CIMA (or keen to start)
10. Strong attention to detail and excellent Excel skills
11. Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities
12. Interested in luxury retail and building a commercial finance career
