Customer Service Advisor – Norwich

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face (and voice) of our busy automotive repair centre in Norwich. In this key front-of-house role, you’ll ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience from first contact through to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities
14. Greet customers warmly, both in person and over the phone
15. Manage repair bookings, vehicle handovers, and progress updates
16. Liaise with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication
17. Handle queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
18. Maintain accurate records with exceptional attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
19. Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role (automotive experience beneficial but not essential)
20. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
21. Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
22. Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
23. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
24. A full UK driving licence is essential
