Job Description
3. Conduct credit assessments using both quantitative and qualitative inputs, submit credit insurance requests, and perform regular credit limit reviews.
4. Apply strong knowledge of credit rating methodologies and financial ratios.
5. Identify and implement effective credit‑risk mitigation strategies.
6. Negotiate and review legal agreements including ISDA, EFET, CSAs, and PCGs.
7. Lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation, credit terms, collateral packages, payment structures, and exposure evaluation.
8. Balance risk, reward, and liquidity considerations to support commercial growth and portfolio profitability.
9. Build and maintain financial models.
10. Present credit cases to stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Risk Analyst should have:
11. 2+ years of experience within Credit Risk, ideally within Energy & Natural Resources or a related field.
12. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
13. Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment techniques.
14. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
15. Ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders.
16. Knowledge of credit risk modelling and management practices.
17. Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in risk analysis.
