Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm Salary £55,000 - £60,000 plus bonus About the Company My client is a specialist distributor supplying the construction and mechanical & electrical sectors with fixings, support systems, containment, tools and related products across the UK. Operating from their Northfleet HQ, they are known for: Strong stock availability Technical expertise Responsive service supporting fast‑paced project environments With continued growth and a global supplier base, my client is investing heavily in strengthening its supply chain and planning capability. The Role: Supply Chain Manager You will take full ownership of end‑to‑end supply chain planning, including: Leading the monthly S&OP process Building short‑, medium‑ and long‑term demand forecasts Managing global suppliers and international imports Overseeing inventory across multiple UK locations, including a 3PL Driving continuous improvement in systems, processes and data Leading a team of three (Buyer, Supply Chain Assistant, Purchasing Administrator) This role reports into the Operations Director and plays a key part in ensuring my client delivers high availability, optimised stock levels and best‑in‑class supplier performance.
