Regional Maintenance Manager Location: Lincolnshire / Yorkshire £80,000 Plus Expensed Company Vehicle We have partnered with a leading renewable company,. The client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Group Engineering Manager to oversee the entire groups engineering operations, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will take the leading role to drive engineering performance to increase plant utilisation and improve energy efficiency and output of all renewable energy plants across the group. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of all electrical and mechanical equipment. Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring high standards of workmanship and compliance. Manage and improve preventative and reactive maintenance schedules. Support production teams to minimise downtime and optimise machine performance. Drive root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to technical issues. Manage spare parts inventory and ensure critical equipment availability. Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with senior leadership to plan CapEx and engineering projects. Key Requirements: Level 3 / HNC or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience). Experience managing and planning CapEx capital projects Proven engineering leadership experience in one of the following sectors - Renewable Energy, Energy from waste, Recycling / Waste, Power generation, waste water etc. Strong understanding of production systems, maintenance planning, and lean manufacturing.
