Overview
Saturday Library Assistant – Central Library, Stirling, Scotland. You will deliver a range of library services to the community, assisting patrons of all ages and abilities.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the delivery of library services to community patrons.
* Maintain the orderly management of the library collection and facilities.
* Provide friendly, customer‑focused support to library users.
* Work collaboratively with library staff and volunteer teams.
* Adhere to all library policies, procedures and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Age 16 years and over.
* Standard Grade or equivalent educational attainment.
* Strong interest in literature and a passion for community service.
* Good ICT and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively with people of all ages and abilities.
* Excellent team‑working and customer‑focus abilities.
* Required to complete a Level 1 Disclosure Scotland check.
