The successful candidate will manage end-to-end sourcing, contracts, and supplier performance while ensuring compliance with policies and delivering value to the organisation. The role: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives and deliver cost savings and service improvements. Manage full procurement lifecycle: requisitioning, sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, purchase order management and supplier onboarding. Lead supplier selection, performance management, risk assessment and continuous improvement initiatives. Negotiate favourable commercial terms, prices, and service levels while managing and mitigating supply chain risks. Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier data; ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements and audit standards.
