There are multiple opportunities within the Housing Management team – from newly-qualified Solicitor to Associate and Senior Associate. This is an exciting chance to join one of the largest housing management practices in the country, advising a wide range of clients including housing associations, local authorities, care providers, and charities.The role will have a strong focus on housing disrepair claims, alongside other housing management and property-related disputes. You will be involved in possession and injunction claims, breach of tenancy matters, and cases involving the Equality Act and Mental Capacity Act. You will also advise on leasehold management and service charge disputes. For more senior roles, there may be opportunities to mentor junior colleagues and support business development initiatives.What you’ll need to succeed
You will have strong litigation experience, ideally within property disputes, and excellent drafting skillsbined withmercial awareness. The ability to manage your own caseload and meet client expectations is essential. While experience in housing management is desirable, it is not essential, and candidates with a background in property litigation will be considered.
