The successful Room Leader will have a minimum of Level 3 qualification in Childcare, along with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for early years education. Previous experience in a supervisory role within a nursery setting is desirable, and you should be confident in guiding your team, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and EYFS requirements.
