As our Executive Director of Strategy, People & Transformation, you'll be at the heart of reshaping how we work, lead, and serve. You'll drive cultural change, embed performance and insight-led decision-making, and lead our HR, digital, customer, communications, and transformation functions. You'll also play a pivotal role in preparing the organisation for Local Government Reorganisation and devolution opportunities.
