Leading and continually expanding organisation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Engineer to assist in the day-to-day running of their IT operations.
Interesting and varied role including:
* 1st & 2nd line support for software, systems and hardware issues
* Provide in-person deskside support and basic training
* Device Management
* Asset management
* Managing meeting rooms and related AV / media equipment
* Preparing equipment for new joiners
* Creating / maintaining guides and documentation
Key skills they are looking for include:
* Experience in a busy enterprise IT Support environment (1st - 2nd Line)
* Microsoft 365 Suite
* Experience with Windows & MacOS
* Experience / interest in IT Projects
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* organisation and an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving abilities
