We are seeking 2 dedicated and self-motivated skills coaches to join our dynamic team on a full-time (37.5 hours per week) permanent basis.
You will be accountable for learner progression in the workplace and achieving outcomes for the learner. Your responsibilities include delivering support through 1-on-1 job coaching, helping learners develop employability skills, and embedding English and Math learning in the workplace. The aim is to support individuals in learning the skills they need to achieve sustained paid employment.

Essential experience and skills required for a Skills Coach:
* Proven experience supporting individuals
* Ability to achieve targets
* Strong understanding of safe working practices
* Knowledge of the relevant sector
* GCSE English & Maths (A-C/9-4 or equivalent)
* Proficient ICT skills
* Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities
* Valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the Birmingham & Solihull area, including to our Birmingham City Centre office
