Business Administrator - Apprenticeship & Funding Support
Qdos Training Ltd is a leading independent training provider delivering high-quality Apprenticeships, Adult Education, and Advanced Learner Loans across the UK.
We are currently seeking an organised and detail-focused Business Administrator to support our Apprenticeship Funding and Learner Loan administration processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing apprenticeship and learner loan administration processes
* Processing learner progress reviews and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting compliance and quality audits
* Booking and coordinating learner assessments and examinations
* Updating and maintaining tutor caseloads
* Conducting learner attendance and engagement checks
* Providing general administrative support to colleagues
* Handling incoming communications and office administration tasks
About You
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience within a training provider, education, or funding/compliance environment
* Knowledge of systems such as Maytas (or similar learner management systems)
Requirements
* GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent)
* Professional, proactive, and positive approach
