We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Property Manager to join our team in Sutton as maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven professional to help manage a diverse property portfolio within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of property management, including client liaison, maintenance oversight, tenancy administration, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.

1. Basic salary range of £24000 to £31500 per year, dependent on experience
2. Additional £7200 earnings expected through uncapped commission
3. Minimum on-target earnings of £31200+ per year

5. Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday’s, with a day-in-lieu)

14. Booking and conducting property inspections
15. Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
16. Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
17. Deposit returns
18. Resolving rental arrears
19. Processing eviction requests
20. Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
21. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
22. Managing complaints
23. Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
