MMAB are in an exciting period of growth and are looking for experienced, flexible female support workers to join our dedicated team.
As a Senior Support Worker, you'll play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care across our services. You will also have allocated time off rota for management and compliance duties.

Duties
* Provide hands-on support in people's own homes whilst mentoring and coaching new staff.
* Review and update individual care plans tailored to each client's needs, ensuring they receive appropriate support.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition, ensuring compliance with care regulations.
* Foster strong relationships with clients and their families through effective communication.
* Undertake staff supervisions, observations, competency assessments and spot checks.
* Completing Initial Assessments with new clients and delivering their care and support whilst new staff are supervised into the care package.
* Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
This role requires flexibility, as you may be asked to work across different locations or cover shifts at short notice. It is essential that you are a driver and have access to a vehicle to use for work.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in senior care or a related field is essential.
* Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact positively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* A valid driving licence is required for transporting clients as necessary.
* Familiarity with developing care plans that meet individual client needs.
* Proficient IT skills for managing documentation and communication within the role.
* A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to improve the lives of people in your care.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 45 per week
