The Role We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team and help customers through every step of their car‑buying journey. You’ll be the friendly face (and voice) that makes the process simple, enjoyable, and memorable. Whether you’re arranging test drives, guiding customers through finance options, or helping them choose accessories, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience. You’ll engage with customers in‑store, online, by phone, and via video, so confidence with technology and strong communication skills are essential. No previous motor trade experience is needed — just the ability to deliver great service and a full UK driving licence (manual & automatic). Your Development & Progression We provide: Full training and a structured onboarding programme Ongoing coaching and development Clear career pathways After just 6 months, you can choose to progress into a Sales Executive role, increasing your OTE to £45,000 and receiving a Company Car. We’re also closed every Sunday, giving you a consistent day to relax and recharge.
