Are you passionate about agriculture, rural business, and client-focused accountancy and advisory work? We’re expanding our Farms & Estates team and looking for talented professionals to join us in delivering expert guidance to farmers, landowners, and agribusinesses across the UK.
Based in beautiful rural Gloucestershire, our team of 4 partners and 45 professionals works with a diverse client base, including: agricultural enterprises, rural estates and landowners, food production and agribusinesses, equestrian businesses.

Role and Responsibilities will include:
1. Responsible for a mixed portfolio, overseeing the preparation, and completion of annual accounts and business tax computations.
2. Providing advice on annual remuneration planning and profit forecasts.
3. Advising on capital taxes and review of VAT returns.
4. Building and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value, both in respect of tax planning and broader commercial objectives.
5. Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team.
6. Representing the company at various client events.
Requirements:
7. ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
8. Experience in the agricultural and rural business sector.
9. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills .
10. Adept at developing client relationships.
11. Sound working knowledge of Excel, Xero and Sage.
