Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the production line while adhering to food safety and quality standards.
The position operates on a weekly rotating shift schedule, with hours from 05:30 to 13:30 and 13:00 to 21:00.
Responsibilities
* Adhere to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles and food safety regulations to maintain product quality.
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards of quality.
* Accurately record production data, including quantities produced and any issues encountered during the process.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Skills
* Previous experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment is advantageous, tranning will be giving
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions meticulously.
