Technology Director – Home Affairs Consulting
PwC UK is seeking a market‑leading Technology Director to drive technology‑enabled transformation for the Home Affairs and Justice market. The successful candidate will sell to and work closely with Home Office, Policing, Justice and related bodies, architecting and executing complex digital and cloud‑based programmes that support government clients’ evolving ICT and digital capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with partners to select appropriate technology solutions and apply best‑of‑breed tools to deliver end‑to‑end outcomes.
* Drive revenue growth and cost reduction by consulting with clients on digital transformation, global scalability and operational excellence.
* Navigate the technology landscape and future direction for key public‑sector organisations such as the Home Office, Policing, NCA, MoJ, HMCTS and similar bodies.
* Lead, develop and close technology‑enabled transformation sales opportunities across the UK public sector, particularly within Home Affairs.
Skills and Experience We Are Looking For
* Proven track record of leading complex, multi‑disciplinary transformation programmes and selling them to senior C‑suite stakeholders.
* Deep knowledge of emerging technology domains: cloud (Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, Palantir), AI, RPA and digital workplace solutions.
* Experience in ERP, CRM and case‑management systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday and other industry‑specific applications.
* Expertise in enterprise architecture, APIs, containers, integration and data/cloud platforms.
* Evidence of advisory credibility with publicly‑served clients, proven to deliver large‑scale transformation at the board‑room level.
* Strong understanding of the UK public‑sector IT market, vendor landscape, and procurement processes.
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with third‑party delivery partners.
